Sandy Cormack completed a 27-year career in the Department of the Army, which included leading the development of multiple strategic planning initiatives for Department of Defense organizations, including the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical Biological Defense, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, the Medical Research Management Center, and the Tri-Care Management Agency. An electrical engineer by training, Sandy led military construction planning and programs for eight military laboratories. He also served as the BRAC ‘trusted agent,’ responsible for developing the Command’s strategy and coordinating the collection and analysis of strategic data from installations. Sandy has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a graduate of the School for Innovators. He holds advanced certifications in six personality assessments.
